By Lottery. Lottery will be in default under this Contract if, after 30 days written notice specifying the nature of its failure, Lottery fails to perform any of its obligations under this Contract; provided, however, Lottery will not be in default if Lottery fails to perform an obligation due to a change in federal or state laws or rules, or the interpretation or enforcement of such laws or rules, that prevents or prohibits Lottery from performing one or more of its obligations under this Contract.

By Lottery. The numbers of 1 – 10 shall be placed on individual papers in a container. The Candidates shall select a paper from the container. The candidate drawing the highest number shall be placed on the eligibility list above the person drawing the lower number.
By Lottery. Spouses of teachers who have been granted personal leave and who have sufficient personal leave accumulated will be granted matching leave regardless of the above restrictions.
By Lottery. The most senior member being the one whose name is drawn first at the time of hire. Seniority shall be lost when a bargaining unit member retires, resigns, is discharged for cause, or otherwise leaves the employment of the Board. The Superintendent shall provide the President of the Association a seniority list by November 1 of each contract year.   • Lottery The lottery shall be conducted as set forth in the Application, and shall be designed in such a manner that it gives a parent or any other legal guardian a reasonable opportunity to participate in the lottery. If the number of applicants for admission exceeds the capacity stated in the Charter for any grade, building, or program, the Organizer must conduct a random lottery for enrollment, giving each timely applicant an equal chance of admission, with the following exceptions:

  • BOOTH DISPLAY a) The Exhibitor agrees to (i) obey all laws,by-laws,ordinances and regulations governing use of the facility and operation of the Show, (ii) abide by the rules and regulations of the city, fire and police departments and of any other government or regulatory body having authority to regulate the facility and the Show, and (iii) obey all laws,including those pertaining to health and safety, consumer protection and protection of visitors to the Show.

  • LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED CARDS If the Cardmember loses the Card or if the Card is damaged or stolen or if the PIN became available to any other persons, the Cardmember must immediately inform AEME by telephone. In addition, the Cardmember shall provide AEME with a written notification within 3 days from the date of the occurrence of any of the above listed events, as per applicable laws. All notices pursuant to this article must be sent to the following address: AMEX (Middle East) B.S.C. (c), P.O. Box 5990, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain. Or facsimile number: (+000) 00 000000. To inform AEME by phone, call the number indicated in the Cardmember Additional Information Leaflet. If AEME is duly informed in the manner described above the Cardmember shall not be liable for any Charges made on his or her Card by any third parties after the Card has been reported lost or stolen. Failure to comply with the provisions of this article will render the Cardmember liable for all Transactions made on his or her lost or stolen Card until the time the Card is reported as lost or stolen to AEME. However, the Cardmember shall at all times be fully liable for all Charges including Cash Withdrawals even if these Charges were made by third parties if these third parties gained possession of the Card or any Supplementary Card or the PIN with the knowledge, permission, approval or other acts of the Cardmember or any Supplementary Cardmember or because of their negligence. If the Card is found after it was reported lost or stolen, the Cardmember may not use or attempt to use the Card at issue and shall immediately inform AEME which will take the appropriate action.

  • Access to and Use of Content Customer has the right to access and use applicable Content subject to the terms of applicable Order Forms, this Agreement and the Documentation.

  • Weapons (1) If the Contractor requests that its personnel performing in the USCENTCOM AOR be authorized to carry weapons for individual self-defense, the request shall be made through the Contracting Officer to the Combatant Commander, in accordance with DoD Instruction 3020.41. The Combatant Commander will determine whether to authorize in-theater contractor personnel to carry weapons and what weapons and ammunition will be allowed.

  • Construction Sequencing In general, the sequence of the proposed dates of Initial Operation of Interconnection Customers seeking interconnection to the Transmission System will determine the sequence of construction of Network Upgrades.

  • Site Lands or areas indicated in the Contract Documents as being furnished by the Owner upon which the Work is to be performed, including rights-of-way and easements for access thereto, and such other lands furnished by the Owner that are designated for the use of the Contractor. Also referred to as Project Site, Job Site and Premises.

  • Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.

  • School Improvement The conditions which follow shall govern employee participation in any and all plans, programs, or projects included in the terms, site-based decision making, school improvement, effective schools as provided in Act 197, P.A. 1987 (Section 15.1919 (919b) MSA) or other similar plans:

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.
