Common use of Capacity Interconnection Rights Clause in Contracts

Capacity Interconnection Rights. Pursuant to and subject to the applicable terms of the Tariff, the Interconnection Customer shall have Capacity Interconnection Rights at the Point(s) of Interconnection specified in this Interconnection Service Agreement in the amount of 26 MW commencing June 1, 2019. During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2019 (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer may be awarded interm Capacity Interconnection Rights in the amount not to exeed 26 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 2019.

The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20192021.

During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2019 2015 (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer may be awarded interm interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in the an amount not to exeed 26 exceed 13 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability studystudies. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20192015.

The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20192023.

The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20192023.

The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20192022.

During the time period from the effective date of this ISA until May 31, 2019 2022 (the “interim time period”), the Interconnection Customer may be awarded interm interim Capacity Interconnection Rights in the amount not to exeed 26 exceed 49.8 MW. The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20192022.

The availability and amount of such interim Capacity Interconnection Rights shall be dependent upon completion and the results of an interim deliverability study. Any interim Capacity Interconnection Rights awarded during the interim time period shall terminate on May 31, 20192021.
