CGN Permanent Global Note in the case of a CGN Permanent Global Note, note or procure that there is noted on the Schedule to the CGN Permanent Global Note the aggregate principal amount thereof so exchanged and the remaining principal amount of the CGN Permanent Global Note (which shall be the previous principal amount thereof less the aggregate principal amount so exchanged) and shall procure the signature of such notation on its behalf; and
CGN Permanent Global Note the Principal Paying Agent or, in the case of CMU Notes, the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent shall in the case of a CGN Permanent Global Note, note or procure that there is noted on the Schedule to the CGN Permanent Global Note the aggregate principal amount thereof so exchanged and the remaining principal amount of the CGN Permanent Global Note (which shall be the previous principal amount thereof less the aggregate principal amount so exchanged) and shall procure the signature of such notation on its behalf; and
