CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT AND THE ACCOUNT. We may make changes to this Agreement at any time. We will tell you about a change in the statement or by other notice to you. We will provide advance notice of a change if required by law and for other changes, we will provide you with advance notice unless we are not able to do so. Your regular annual fee, annual interest rate(s), fees and other charges for the Account are shown on the initial Disclosure Statement. If we increase your annual fee, annual interest rate(s), fees or any other charges for the Account, we will provide you with advance notice of those changes. If you sign, use or activate any Card or the Account, if your Account remains open, or if any Balance owing on the Account remains unpaid after the change is made, it will mean you have accepted any change to the Agreement. Benefits, services and coverages for the Account may also change or end. We will provide you notice of a change in your statement or in some other way, after the change is made, unless we must provide advance notice by law.

Employee expressly warrants that he or she is not accepting this Agreement in reliance on any promises, representations, or inducements other than those contained herein.   • AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT This Agreement may only be amended by the parties in writing.

  • Conflict Between this Amendment and the Agreement This Amendment shall be deemed to revise the terms and provisions of the Agreement to the extent necessary to give effect to the terms and provisions of this Amendment. In the event of a conflict between the terms and provisions of this Amendment and the terms and provisions of the Agreement this Amendment shall govern, provided, however, that the fact that a term or provision appears in this Amendment but not in the Agreement, or in the Agreement but not in this Amendment, shall not be interpreted as, or deemed grounds for finding, a conflict for purposes of this Section 4.1.

Any changes we make to this Agreement may apply to new transactions and/or then-existing balances as described in any notice we are required to provide to you.   • Changes to this Contract Only an authorized Officer of the Company may make or modify any provisions of this Contract. Any such changes or modifications must be provided in a Notice in order to be effective.
