City’s Cooperation. City shall provide Consultant with all pertinent Data, documents and other requested information as is reasonably available for Consultant’s proper performance of the Services required under this Agreement.
City’s Cooperation. City shall provide Contractor with all pertinent data, documents and other requested information as is reasonably available for Contractor’s proper performance of the Work required under this Agreement.
City’s Cooperation. City shall provide MUSD with all pertinent data, documents and other requested information as is reasonably available for MUSD’s proper performance of the services required under this Agreement.
City’s Cooperation. The City shall reasonably cooperate with USM and its OSI General Contractor in connection with the preparation of plans, procurement of permits and approvals, construction of improvements and all other matters contemplated by this Agreement.
City’s Cooperation. Inasmuch as this Agreement is being executed in advance of final design, permitting and regulatory approvals from the City, the City agrees to cooperate with the Developer relative to the planning, zoning, planned unit development, permitting, traffic improvements, and transportation, utility and mobility plans relating to the Project. In connection therewith, the City will entertain proposals regarding traffic routing, calming devices and other approaches, but shall not be required to expend any funds or undertake any construction in connection therewith. The City agrees to not unreasonably withhold or delay its approvals, and that the pricing for any and all developer fees, permits, inspections and certificates shall be charged at similar rates as the City may charge others for its services.
City’s Cooperation. CITY will give XXXX the CITY’S full and complete support and cooperation in dealing with public and private agencies to the end that all required utilities will be brought to the perimeter of the PROJECT site and made available to the PROJECT and any expense, therefore, is to be included in the cost of the PROJECT.
