Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a Collective Bargaining Committee whose sole functions shall be to meet with Employer representatives for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. The committee shall be composed of two (2) stewards from the bargaining unit together with the Union's Business Agent. The Employer agrees to pay committee members at their regular straight time rate for all time lost from their regular schedule of work while in collective bargaining meetings with Employer representatives.
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize not more than four (4) non-probationary employees covered by this Agreement as a Collective Bargaining Committee. Members of the Collective Bargaining Committee shall act in a representative capacity for the purpose of collective bargaining negotiations with the Employer. No more than three (3) employees on the Collective Bargaining Committee shall be compensated at their straight time regular rate of pay for time lost from work during such negotiation sessions. The Union shall, in advance, furnish the Employer in writing with the names of its Collective Bargaining Committee members.
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a collective bargaining committee composed of three (3) employees, one of whom shall be the Chairman or President of the Collective Bargaining Unit. Members of the Collective Bargaining Committee shall act in a representative capacity for processing grievances in accordance with the Grievance Procedure established herein and for meeting with Employer representatives for negotiations or special conferences. The GELC shall furnish the Employer in writing the names of its Collective Bargaining Committee members. The Council may designate alternates, who shall serve only in the absence of Committee representatives.
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a Collective Bargaining Committee selected or elected by the Association from employees covered by this Agreement who have seniority. Members of the Collective Bargaining Committee shall act on behalf of the employees covered by this Agreement for the purpose of collective bargaining negotiations with the Employer. Non-employee representatives of the Association may also be present during collective bargaining negotiations.
Collective Bargaining Committee. NAV CANADA agrees to recognize and deal with a Collective Bargaining Committee for the purpose of negotiating collective agreements between NAV CANADA and the Union. The Collective Bargaining Committee may be assisted by representatives other than employees.
Collective Bargaining Committee. A list of members of the LESPA bargaining committee shall be provided to the Board’s negotiator by April 1 of each year. Such members shall be provided temporary duty for negotiations under the provisions of Section 2.02 of the Contract.
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to pay committee members at their regular straight time rate for all time lost from their regular schedule of work while in collective bargaining meetings with Employer representatives. If any member of the bargaining committee is unavailable for any negotiation meeting, any member of the bargaining unit may replace the absent member for that meeting. At no time shall the number of bargaining members exceed three (3).
Collective Bargaining Committee. The Employer agrees to recognize a collective bargaining committee of the Union comprised of not more than two (2) employee representatives, the xxxxxxx, and alternate xxxxxxx. Members of the collective bargaining committee shall act in a representative capacity for the purpose of processing grievances for members of the collective bargaining unit as provided in the Grievance Procedure. Members of the collective bargaining committee shall also meet with the Employer for the purpose of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. The Union may also have non-employee representative present. The Union shall furnish the Employer, in writing, the names of its collective bargaining committee members and alternates before they shall be recognized. Members of the collective bargaining committee must have at least one (1) year of seniority.
Collective Bargaining Committee. A Collective Bargaining Committee composed of two (2) employees, one of whom shall be the Association President, and up to two (2) staff representatives from MAFF shall meet with the Employer representatives for purposes of negotiating modifications to this Agreement. All employees covered by this Agreement who have been selected as a member of the Union Bargaining Committee shall be allowed time off with pay if required to attend negotiation meetings during their regularly scheduled work hours.
