Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Lender, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1.1 hereto as such Lender’s percentage of the aggregate Commitments of all of the Lenders, as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Bank, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1 hereto as such Bank's percentage of the aggregate Commitments of all of the Banks.
Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Lender, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1.1 hereto as such Lender’s percentage of the Total Commitment, as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided that if the Commitments of the Lenders have been terminated as provided in this Agreement, then the Commitment of each Lender shall be determined based on the Commitment Percentage of such Lender immediately prior to such termination and after giving effect to any subsequent assignments made pursuant to the terms hereof.
Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Lender, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1.1 hereto as such Lender’s percentage of the Total Commitment, as the same may be changed from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement; provided that if any of the Commitments of the Lenders have been terminated as provided in this Agreement, then the Commitment Percentage of each Lender shall be determined based on the Commitment Percentage of such Lender immediately prior to such termination and after giving effect to any subsequent assignments made pursuant to the terms hereof. Commodity Exchange Act. The Commodity Exchange Act (7 U.S.C. §1 et seq.), as amended from time to time, and any successor statute. Communications. See §7.4.
Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Revolving Credit Lender, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1 hereto as such Lender’s percentage of the aggregate Commitments of all of the Revolving Credit Lenders.
Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Lender, the percentage set forth on Schedule 2 hereto as such Lender’s percentage of the Total Commitment, as such Schedule 2 may be updated by the Agent from time to time.
Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Lender, the percentage set forth on SCHEDULE 1 hereto as such Lender's percentage of the aggregate Commitments of all of the Lenders.
Commitment Percentage. With respect to each Bank, the percentage set forth on Schedule 1 hereto as such Bank's percentage of the aggregate Total Commitment. Schedule 1 shall be updated by the Administrative Agent from time to time to reflect any changes to the Commitment Percentages.
