Committee Membership. 1. Local representatives on committees specifically established by this Collective Agreement shall be appointed by the local.
Committee Membership. The committee will be made up of no less than two (2) Employer and two (2) Union representatives. Each party may also appoint one additional member with subject matter expertise. The committee will meet at the request of either party. Salary cost for joint meetings and agreed to expenses, including reasonable preparation time, will be paid by the Employer.
Committee Membership a. The Program Committee shall be comprised of all faculty members who teach in the program and other individuals as described in Article 16A.02 (b) and (c). Faculty members shall make up the majority of the membership of each Program Committee.
Committee Membership. It is the Employer’s intent to maintain the OHCC’s Training Committee as an Advisory Committee to make recommendations to the Commission related to training. The Committee will also make recommendations regarding Personal Support Worker trainings to the Developmental Disability/Mental Health Committee (DD/MH-C). The DD/MH-C shall be those persons designated by ORS 410.600-410.625, as amended by HB 3618, Section 3 (2010 Legislature). The OHCC Training Committee shall consist of the following members:

The Academic Services Committee shall have seven members, each of whom will be a tenured faculty member, and none of whom can be a director of or otherwise directly affiliated with any of the five units named in Section 18.5. In the fall of even numbered years the AAUP-WSU will name a representative from the Lake Campus for that academic year; the University will name the representative in the fall of odd numbered years. The Committee will be composed of certificated employees of the District selected as follows: three (3) members of the bargaining unit designated by the Association, two (2) management employees designated by the Superintendent, and the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources who shall coordinate the work of the Committee.
Committee Membership. To maintain a channel of communication, there shall be a committee established consisting of three (3) members appointed by the Association and three (3) members appointed by the District. As a second step in the grievance process and for meetings regarding non-grievable issues, membership of the committee may be adjusted by the District and/or the Association, depending on the nature of the issue(s) and the participants involved.
