Communications Expenses. Identifiable communication expenses approved by the Project Manager, long distance telephone, courier and express mail between the Consultant’s various permanent offices and Sub consultants. The Consultant’s field office at the Project site is not considered a permanent office. Cell phones will not be considered as reimbursable expenses under this Agreement.
