(b) The amount of the proposed Loan must be: (i) if the currency selected is the Base Currency, a minimum of EUR 5,000,000 for the first Utilisation and EUR 1,000,000 for each subsequent Utilisation; (ii) if the currency selected is dollars, a minimum of the equivalent of EUR 5,000,000 in dollars for the first Utilisation and a minimum of the equivalent of EUR 1,000,000 for each subsequent Utilisation; and (iii) if the currency selected is an Optional Currency (other than dollars), the minimum amount (and if required integral multiple) specified by the Agent pursuant to paragraph (b)(ii) of Clause 4.4 (Conditions relating to Optional Currencies), or, in each case, if less, the Available Facility; or (iv) in any event such that its Base Currency Amount is less than or equal to the Available Facility. 5.4 Lenders' participation (a) If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met each Lender shall make its participation in each Loan available by the Utilisation Date through its Facility Office. (b) The amount of each Lender's participation in each Loan will be equal to the proportion borne by its Available Commitment to the Available Facility immediately prior to making the Loan.
