Compliance by Contractor. The Contractor shall take all steps necessary to assure that its subcontractors comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and applicable laws and regulations. The Contractor shall assure that no lien is placed against the Right-of-Way arising from performance of work hereunder by Contractor or any subcontractor, and in the event of such a lien, Contractor shall immediately remove or cause to be removed such lien.
Compliance by Contractor. Contractor represents, warrants and covenants that, with respect to the provision of the Services and the performance of any of Contractor’s other legal and contractual obligations hereunder, Contractor and the Services are and shall be in compliance in all material respects with all applicable Laws and shall remain in compliance with such applicable Laws during the Term, including any Privacy Laws. If Contractor becomes aware that it is out of compliance with such applicable Laws, Contractor shall, at its sole cost, promptly (but not more than thirty (30) days from the time in which Contractor first becomes aware of such non-compliance) comply with such applicable Laws.

Compliance by Contractor. The Contractor must, in carrying out the Contract, comply with relevant statutes, regulations, by-laws and requirements of the Commonwealth and any State or Territory or local authority.
Compliance by Contractor with subchapter B is a condition precedent to the filing of a contested case proceeding under Chapter 2260, subchapter C, of the Government Code.
Compliance by Contractor. Compliance by Contractor. CSMG shall be responsible to ensure that the Contractor will: (i) comply with occupational safety and health rules and regulations applicable to its activity; (ii) comply with and coordinate visits to DuPont's Plant with DuPont's security officers, including any sign-in procedures; (iii) obey all posted speed limits and other traffic control signs on DuPont's property; (iv) repair, as mutually agreed by DuPont and Contractor, any damage to DuPont's property caused by the Contractor's activities; (v) immediately report to DuPont's management, all incidents with potentially adverse safety, health or environmental implications; (vi) take reasonable precautions to minimize disruption to DuPont's operations and to meet with CSMG and DuPont in a timely manner to coordinate with DuPont's personnel on any activity involving truck/trailer blocking roadways, entranceways, breaks in utility tie-ins (electrical, steam, water, waste water), burning or use of torches, or the bringing of heavy equipment onto DuPont's Plant; (vii) clean and remove debris or material; (viii) assign a project manager who will have full authority to act on behalf of the Contractor; (ix) prohibit photography or video-recording of any of DuPont's structures or activities without obtaining DuPont's prior written consent; (x) arrange for Contractor's first-aid, emergency medical treatment and routine medical treatment when Contractor personnel are at DuPont's Plant; and (xi) advise their employees, Contractors and agents that it is the policy of CSMG to prohibit use, possession, sale, manufacture, dispensing, and distribution of drugs or other controlled substances on DuPont's Plant and to prohibit in the workplace the presence of an individual with such substances in the body for non-medical reasons and that entry onto DuPont's Plant constitutes consent of DuPont's inspection of the person, vehicle, and personal effects when entering, while on, or upon leaving DuPont's Plant and any person who is found in violation of the policy or who refuses to permit inspection may be removed or barred from DuPont's Plant at the discretion of DuPont.
Compliance by Contractor. Contractor shall, at its sole cost and expense, comply with all federal, state and local statutes, ordinances, laws, executive orders, rules, regulations and orders as may be applicable to it and to the Work or the performance thereof including, but not limited to, those relating to occupation, environment, hazardous materials, safety, wages, discrimination and equal employment opportunity and pay any fines or penalties imposed for any violations thereof (collectively, the "Legal Requirements"). Contractor shall promptly correct within twenty four (24) hours of receipt of written notice from Association any violations of the Legal Requirements committed by Contractor, its agents, servants and employees. Contractor shall receive and respond to, and shall defend, indemnify and save harmless Association, as well as anyone to whom Association is obligated, and their directors, officers, agents, servants and employees from and against any loss, liability, or expense arising from any such violations and any citations, assessments, fines or penalties resulting from any violations of the Legal Requirements. Without limiting the foregoing, Contractor will appear at hearings, proceedings and/or in court and consent to its substitution as a party defendant in respect to all summonses and claimed violations arising out of or relating to the Work. Contractor shall comply with and cooperate with all Legal Requirements, including but not limited to OSHA requirements.
Compliance by Contractor. THE CONTRACTOR COMPLIES WITH THE FOLLOWING: The Contractor provides detailed planning and work control systems to Duvha Power Station’s satisfaction, which will integrate with the current Eskom Systems. Supervisory work to be done by qualified person. The Contractor ensures that the work is carried out with sufficient quality control measures and the work is completed to a high standard of workmanship and cost effective. The Contractor submit proof of qualification of all workers within one (1) week after award of tender or whenever requested by the Employer Representative.
