Compliance with Statutory Requirements. 44.1 The Parties shall adhere to the requirements of all Acts of Parliament of the Commonwealth and State and therefore comply with the requirements of all those ordinances, regulations, by-laws, orders and proclamations made or issued under any Act.
Compliance with Statutory Requirements. Nothing in this Agreement -------------------------------------- will be construed as preventing or in any way inhibiting either Party from complying with statutory or regulatory requirements governing the development, manufacture, use, sale, or other distribution, of Collaboration Product in any manner that it reasonably deems appropriate, including, for example, by disclosing to regulatory authorities Confidential Information or other information received from a Party or third parties. The Parties will take reasonable measures to assure that no unauthorized use or disclosure is made by others to whom access to such information is granted under this Section 7.7.
Compliance with Statutory Requirements. By signing this Agreement, the CAC affirms that it complies with all of the standards set forth in Section 39.3035(1) and the screening requirements set forth in Section 39.3035(2), Florida Statutes. If, during the term of this Agreement, the CAC fails to comply with the standards or screening requirements set forth in subsections (1) and (2) of Section 39.3035, Florida Statutes, the CAC shall immediately notify the FNCAC. Failure to comply with those standards and screening requirement shall require the CAC to refund all unused funds awarded under this Agreement to the FNCAC.
Compliance with Statutory Requirements. We will satisfy and comply with the requirements of all Statutory Requirements in relation to the Alliance, the Alliance Works and this Agreement.

To the extent Chapter 127, Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code applies in any instance, the Parties agree to support the mutual indemnification by liability insurance coverage furnished by the parties in equal amounts, and such indemnity obligations will be limited to the amount of equal insurance maintained by the parties.

However, the disclosing Party shall notify the other Party in advance of such disclosure, disclose only that portion of Confidential Information that is legally required to be disclosed, and use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to have confidential treatment accorded to such other Party’s Confidential Information so as to assure that no unauthorised use or disclosure is made by the applicable governmental agency to whom access to such information is granted under this Section 9.5.
Compliance with Statutory Requirements. The parties shall comply with the requirements of all Acts of the Parliament of the Commonwealth and the requirements of the provisions of all Acts of the Parliament of the State of Queensland under and with the requirements of all Ordinances, Regulations, By-laws, Orders and Proclamation made or issued under any such Act. Ordinances, Regulations, By-laws, Orders and Proclamation made or issued under any such Act. Where any inconsistencies are found between such legislation and the Workplace Relations Act 1996, the Workplace Relations Act 1996 will apply.
