Comprehensive Insurance. The Employer agrees to provide comprehensive insurance covering tools, reference texts and instruments owned by the employees and required to be used in the performance of their duties at the request of the Employer.

The vehicles should be with heating and cooling system, well-maintained and in excellent functional conditions 2: Contractors Responsibility The contractor shall provide security clearance and No Objection Certificate (NOC) for the drivers from the Local Police The contractor shall settle any claim by a Third-Party including road accidents without the involvement of the Organization while driving vehicle for UNDP staff The contractor shall pay all road tax and applicable fee on the rented vehicles while driving for the UNDP Project staff For vehicle rentals, the Contractor shall ensure that, the driver and the vehicle are fully covered by insurance in case of accident; i.e Comprehensive Insurance.
