Common use of Conduct of Mediation Clause in Contracts

Conduct of Mediation. 7-9-1. A tentative agreement in all matters in the Memorandum of Understanding is first subject to ratification by the Association. Following ratification by the Association, the tentative Memorandum of Understanding shall be submitted to the Board for ratification at an official meeting which shall take place within 15 days of the date the Association ratifies. After ratification by both parties, the chief officers of the Board and the Association shall sign the ratified agreement.

After ratification by both parties, the chief officers of the Board and the Association TEA shall sign the ratified agreement.
