Common use of Continuous Service Delivery Clause in Contracts

Continuous Service Delivery. A. Contractor agrees that, in the event of a material breach by Contractor, Contractor will work with MVEMSA to ensure continuous and uninterrupted delivery of services that meet or exceed all performance standards under the Agreement, Contractor agrees that there is a public health and safety obligation to assist MVEMSA in every effort to ensure uninterrupted and continuous service delivery in the event of a material breach, even if Contractor disagrees with the determination of material breach.
