CONTRACT INFORMATION. During the duration of this Contract, the State of Utah Division of Purchasing is required to make available contact information of Contractor to the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services. The State of Utah Department of Workforce Services may contact Contractor during the duration of this Contract to inquire about Contractor’s job vacancies.
CONTRACT INFORMATION. Enterprise Services shall maintain and provide to eligible Purchasers information regarding this Contract, including scope, pricing, and lowest responsive, responsible bidder designation. CONTRACT INFORMATION. Recorded information regardless of form or characteristic first produced in the performance of this Agreement, that is specified to be compiled under this Agreement, specified to be delivered under this Agreement, or that is actually delivered in connection with this Agreement, and including the Final Report delivered by Contractor pursuant to Exhibit A, Statement of Work, if applicable. Expiration Date: The date, located on Page One, Item No. 7, beyond which any funding balances will be disencumbered, unless NYSERDA, in its sole discretion, elects to extend. Any extensions of this date are only effective if in writing. Proprietary Information: Recorded information regardless of form or characteristic, produced or developed outside the scope of this Agreement and without NYSERDA financial support, provided that such information is not generally known or available from other sources without obligation concerning their confidentiality; has not been made available by the owner to others without obligation concerning its confidentiality; and is not already available to NYSERDA without obligation concerning its confidentiality. Under no circumstances shall any information included in the Final Report delivered by Contractor pursuant to Exhibit A, Statement of Work, if applicable, be considered Proprietary Information.

CONTRACT INFORMATION. Contractor shall provide information regarding job vacancies to the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services, which may be posted on the Department of Workforce Services website. Posted information shall include the name and contact information for job vacancies. This information shall be provided to the State of Utah Department of Workforce Services for the duration of this Contract. This requirement does not preclude Contractor from advertising job openings in other forums throughout the State of Utah.

Annuity Payout Period - the period beginning on the Annuity Commencement Date and continuing until all annuity payouts have been made under this Contract.
