Any orders or instructions, which the Client may give to the said Qualified Operators of the Contractor, shall be deemed to have been given to the Contractor. The Contractor's operators shall be subject to the security vetting procedures noted at Clause 1.24

CONTRACTOR'S WORKFORCE. Contractor shall employ and subcontract the resources necessary for completing Work to full completion in the manner and within the time required by the Contract. All employees and subcontractors of the Contractor shall have the skill and experience to perform the Work assigned to them. Any Person employed or subcontracted by the Contractor, or by any of the Contractor's subcontractors, who does not perform the Work in a manner deemed satisfactory to the Authority shall be removed by the Contractor or subcontractor within a reasonable time of being directed by the Authority to remove such employee or subcontractor.

The total number of workers needed to complete the work shall be determined by the Contractor pending on the capability of the workforce to complete the request within the stipulated time frame.

  • Contractor Key Personnel ‌ The Contractor shall assign a Corporate OASIS Program Manager (COPM) and Corporate OASIS Contract Manager (COCM) as Contractor Key Personnel to represent the Contractor as primary points-of-contact to resolve issues, perform administrative duties, and other functions that may arise relating to OASIS and task orders solicited and awarded under XXXXX. Additional Key Personnel requirements may be designated by the OCO at the task order level. There is no minimum qualification requirements established for Contractor Key Personnel. Additionally, Contractor Key Personnel do not have to be full-time positions; however, the Contractor Key Personnel are expected to be fully proficient in the performance of their duties. The Contractor shall ensure that the OASIS CO has current point-of-contact information for both the COPM and COCM. In the event of a change to Contractor Key Personnel, the Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO and provide all Point of Contact information for the new Key Personnel within 5 calendar days of the change. All costs associated with Contractor Key Personnel duties shall be handled in accordance with the Contractor’s standard accounting practices; however, no costs for Contractor Key Personnel may be billed to the OASIS Program Office. Failure of Contractor Key Personnel to effectively and efficiently perform their duties will be construed as conduct detrimental to contract performance and may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or Off-Ramping (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.   • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Contractor’s Staff 1. The Contractor shall maintain adequate staff to meet the Contractor’s obligations under this Agreement.

  • Contractor's care of the Works The Contractor shall bear full risk in, and take full responsibility for, the care of the Works, and of the Materials, goods and equipment for incorporation therein, from the Appointed Date until the date of Completion Certificate, save and except to the extent that any such loss or damage shall have arisen from any wilful default or gross neglect of the Authority.

  • Extra Work At any time during the Term of this Agreement, City may request that Consultant perform Extra Work. As used herein, “Extra Work” means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement. Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager 7.2.1 The Contractor’s Project Manager is designated in Exhibit F (Contractor’s Administration). The Contractor shall notify the County in writing of any change in the name or address of the Contractor’s Project Manager.
