Other Personnel means the resources other than the Key Experts
Other Personnel means all individuals, other than Project Personnel, CityCenter Project Manager, and such executive officers of MGM MIRAGE who are subject to reporting obligations under Section 16(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, performing services in the name of the CityCenter Project (or the Crystals Component thereof), regardless of the identity of the employer of such individuals.
