Cooperation with Third-party Service Providers. The Company shall cooperate with the Purchaser in servicing the Mortgage Loans in accordance with the usual and customary requirements of any credit enhancement, risk management and other service providers and shall otherwise cooperate with the Purchaser in connection with such third-party service providers and the provision of third-party services; provided, however, that such requirements are reasonably acceptable to the Company and pose no greater risk, obligation or expense to the Company than otherwise set forth in this Agreement. Any additional costs and/or expenses will be paid by the requesting party.

Such third party vendors shall not be deemed, and are not, subcontractors for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Cooperation with Insurers Manager shall cooperate with and provide reasonable access to the Properties to representatives of insurance companies and insurance brokers or agents with respect to insurance which is in effect or for which application has been made. Manager shall use its best efforts to comply with all requirements of insurers.

  • Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”).   • Agreements with Other Service Providers Each Fund hereby appoints FSSC as the Fund’s agent to enter into agreements with financial intermediaries that are not registered as broker/dealers under the 1934 Act (each an “Unregistered Intermediary”) to provide Services to their customers that are Shareholders of the Fund.
