You acknowledge and agree that we may obtain, from time to time during the term of our relationship with you, a credit report on you containing information establishing your identity (e.g. name, date of birth, and contact information), information related to your transactions with other institutions, and information about your financial and credit history from any credit reporting agency, in connection with your opening or holding an Account and on an annual or more frequent basis as we deem necessary, in order to satisfy ourselves that you would be able to pay for overdrafts or other credit amounts owed to DUCA.
