Damage to Tenant's Property. Landlord shall not be liable for any damage to Tenant's property except for that due to the willful neglect of Landlord. Tenant shall be responsible for the insuring of all personal property. Landlord strongly recommends renters insurance.

Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Lease, Landlord or its agents shall not be liable for (a) any damage to any property entrusted to employees of the Building or its property managers, (b) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, (c) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause whatsoever, or (d) any damage or loss to the business or occupation of Tenant arising from the acts or neglect of other tenants or occupants of, or invitees to, the Building. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accident in the Premises or in the Building or of defects therein or in the fixtures or equipment.
Damage to Tenant's Property. Landlord shall not be required to repair or make whole any injury or damage by fire or other cause or peril or to make any repairs or replacements of any fixtures or other personal property of Tenant. Tenant shall maintain hazard insurance to cover hazards to its personal property.
Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 7.06 to the contrary, except to the extent due to the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord, Landlord, its agents, employees and/or contractors shall not be liable for (i) any damage to property entrusted to employees or security officers of the Project, Building or the Property, (ii) loss or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, or (iii) any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling substances or materials, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building, the Common Areas, Project or the Property or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing work therein or from the roof, street, or subsurface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other cause, except to the extent Landlord receives consideration for such damage or injury from a third party. Neither Landlord nor its agents, employees or contractors shall be liable for interference with light. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord and appropriate emergency response officials if Tenant is or becomes aware of fire or accidents in the Building, the Common Areas or any other portion of the Project or of defects therein in the fixtures or equipment.
Damage to Tenant's Property. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 19 to the contrary, except to the extent caused by the negligence (to the extent not covered by liability insurance carried by Tenant pursuant to this Lease) or misconduct of Landlord or its agents, contractors, employees or invitees, or Landlord’s breach of this Lease, Landlord and each of the Landlord Parties shall not be liable for any damage to property entrusted to employees of the Building, or for loss of or damage to any property by theft or otherwise, or for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building (including, but not limited to, the Premises) or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing works therein or from the roof, street or sub-surface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other patent or latent cause whatsoever. Landlord and each of the Landlord Parties shall not be liable for interference with the light, air, view or intangible characteristics or qualities of the Premises; provided, however, that Landlord agrees not to voluntarily construct any improvements or other structures which would materially interfere with the light, air, the view available at the Premises, unless such construction is required by applicable law. Tenant shall give prompt notice to Landlord in case of fire or accidents in the Premises or in the Building or of defects known to Tenant therein or in the fixtures or equipment located therein. Notwithstanding any provision of Paragraph 19 to the contrary, (i) neither Landlord nor any partner, director, officer, member, agent, servant or employee of Landlord shall be liable: for any such damage caused by other tenants or persons in, upon or about the Building, or caused by operations in the construction of any private, public or quasi-public work (the limitations of liability set forth in this clause (i) shall not apply to any damage or liability caused by the negligence (to the extent not covered by liability insurance carried by Tenant pursuant to this Lease) or intentional misconduct of Landlord Parties); and (ii) neither party hereto shall be liable to the other for consequential damages, including lost profits, of the other party or any person claiming through or under the other party (except, in the case of Tenant’s liability, as described in Paragraph 11 above).
Damage to Tenant's Property. Landlord and its agents do not provide any insurance coverage for personal property of Tenants, their guests or invitees, and shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or destruction of such property from any cause, including acts or omissions of third parties, unless caused by Landlord’s or its agents’ nonperformance or negligent performance of a duty imposed by law or by their grossly negligent or intentional actions. TENANTS SHALL INSURE THEIR PERSONAL PROPERTY AND PROVIDE LANDLORD WITH PROOF THEREOF PRIOR TO RECEIVING POSSESSION OF THE PREMISES AND MAINTAIN INSURANCE THROUGHOUT THE TERM OF THE LEASE.

Landlord is not responsible for insuring the contents, and Tenant is required to insure the contents.

However, neither Landlord nor its agents shall be liable for any damage to property of Tenant or any property entrusted to employees of Tenant, nor the loss of, or the damage to any property by theft or otherwise, nor for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from fire, explosion, falling plaster, steam, gas, electricity, water or rain which may leak from any part of the Building or from the pipes, appliances or plumbing works therein or from the roof, street or subsurface or from any other place or resulting from dampness or any other patent or latent cause whatsoever, excepting only gross negligence by Landlord.
