Dare Officer. The Member of the PBA, who represents the Borough in the Xxxxxxx School System to instruct the D.A.R.E. program, will be compensated through compensatory time at a rate of one and one half ( 1 1/2 ) hours for each hour worked. This compensatory time may be taken at the choice of the member so long as the time requested does not create an overtime situation in scheduling. Any time earned after November 15th of any year will be paid to the member in the form of overtime based on the member’s hourly rate of pay, and will be paid as a part if the December overtime payment to the member.

Dare Officer. Dare Officer will have the option of changing their tour to days for the shifts they are scheduled for A tour and Dare on B tour on the same day. When the Dare Officer teaches Xxxx on B tour then works a C shift or he teaches Xxxx on his day off the Dare Officer will have the option of being compensated by either overtime or comp time at time and a half.
