DAY OFF WITH PAY. In addition to the holidays stipulated in Paragraph each employee shall be granted a day off with pay, at his average rate of earnings, if he is working for the Employer on the day designated by the latter for such purpose. The day off with pay shall be designated by the Employer during the period from November of the current year to the last day of February of the following year. Where an employee cannot be granted one day off in that period, he shall be paid one additional day's pay at his average rate of earnings.
