Common use of Decision of the Board Clause in Contracts

Decision of the Board. The decision of the Board of Arbitration shall be final and binding on all parties, but in no event shall the Board of Arbitration have power to alter, modify, or amend this Agreement in any respect. The decision of a majority is the decision of the Arbitration Board, but if there is no majority, the decision of the Chairman governs, and is binding upon all parties thereto.
