Definition of Grievance. A grievance shall be defined as any difference arising out of the interpretation, application, administration, or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement.
Definition of Grievance. For purpose of this Agreement, a grievance shall be defined as a complaint by an employee covered by this Agreement or the Union concerning the application and interpretation of a specific provision or provisions of this Agreement as written.
