Drawdown Notice irrevocable. A Drawdown Notice must be signed by an officer of the Borrower; and once served, a Drawdown Notice cannot be revoked without the prior consent of the Lender.
Drawdown Notice irrevocable. A Drawdown Notice must be signed by an authorised signatory of the Borrower; and once served, a Drawdown Notice cannot be revoked without the prior consent of the Agent, acting on the authorisation of the Majority Lenders.
Drawdown Notice irrevocable. A Drawdown Notice must be signed by a director or a duly authorised attorney-in-fact of the Borrower and shall be effective on actual receipt thereof by the Lender and, once served, it, subject as provided in Clause 3.6 (Market disruption), cannot be revoked without the prior consent of the Lender.

Drawdown Notice irrevocable. Each Drawdown Notice shall be irrevocable and the Borrower shall be bound, to the extent that the other provisions of this Agreement permit, to draw down in accordance with such Drawdown Notice.

Drawdown Notice irrevocable. Each Drawdown Notice must be duly signed by the chief financial officer of the Corporate Guarantor; and once served, it cannot be revoked without the prior consent of the Agent, acting on the authority of the Majority Lenders.
Drawdown Notice irrevocable. Any Drawdown Notice made pursuant to Section 2.5(1) shall be irrevocable and the Borrower shall be bound to borrow the funds requested therein in accordance therewith. The crediting of the applicable Advance to the Borrower in the Lender’s records conclusively establishes, in the absence of manifest error, the Borrower’s obligation to repay such Advance as provided herein.
Drawdown Notice irrevocable. The Drawdown Notice is irrevocable and is effective from the time of its actual receipt in legible form by the Financier.
