Drawings and Manuals. Seller will provide Buyer with all drawings and manuals in accordance with Agreement, or, if not specified in the Agreement, promptly after the date of the Purchase Order. Buyer’s review of drawings does not constitute approval and will not relieve Seller of responsibility for compliance with all specifications, laws, codes or regulations.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.
