EDI. If Business Associate conducts all or any portion of its business or pays any claim in a transaction covered by the Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) Rule on behalf of Quest Diagnostics, then Business Associate covenants and warrants that it shall and shall require its agents and/or subcontractors to comply with the requirements of the EDI Rule that are applicable to Quest Diagnostics.
EDI. In order to facilitate transactions under this Agreement, the parties may electronically transmit and receive data in agreed formats in substitution for conventional paper-based documents as provided in the Electronic Data Interchange Trading Partner Agreement between the parties dated as of April 20, 1993.
EDI. Electronic Data Interchange means the electronic transfer of commercial and administrative data between computers according to an agreed standard for structuring an EDI message.
EDI. (a) Wholesaler's purchase orders, Inventory Reports and chargebacks shall be transmitted to FHPC in an EDI format mutually agreeable to the parties.
EDI. If any part of this order is affected using Electronic Data interchange [EDI] the Buyer and seller agree that these Terms & Conditions will continue to apply to the articles delivered using EDI.
EDI. Any electronic transmission of this Order, by Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) or otherwise, and any electronic or printed summary report or data summary of the information contained in this Order, will constitute an original document or writing that will be admissible into evidence in any legal proceeding (including arbitration).
EDI. All Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions and/or electronic funds transfers for Product ordered under the terms of this Agreement shall be in accordance with the terms of the Electronic Data Interchange/Electronic Funds Transfer Trading Partner Agreement No. [*].
EDI. If any Business Associate conducts all or any portion of its business or pays any claim in a transaction covered by the Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) Rule on behalf of UHS of Delaware or another Loan Party, then Business Associate covenants and warrants that it shall and shall require its agents and/or subcontractors to comply with the requirements of the EDI Rule that are applicable to UHS of Delaware or such other Loan Party.
EDI. Customer is responsible for establishing all EDI set ups, as they pertain to Customer’s business, with any Vendor assistance to be treated and charged as an Out of Scope Service under Article 4. • Vendor is responsible for maintenance, execution, logging and tracking of EDI transmissions performed by Vendor. • Customer is responsible for all EDI application programming, as it pertains to Customer’s business.
EDI. Solectron and NCR agree to use EDI to exchange data between the two companies. Transactions are, but not limited to, Purchasing, acknowledgment, shipping, invoicing, and defective receipt. (Refer to exhibit G)
