Election Not to Renew. You may elect not to renew a Subscription by notifying bookinglab in writing at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the applicable Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Term. bookinglab may elect not to renew a Subscription by notifying you in writing at least 90 days prior to the expiration of the applicable Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Term. Where either Party elects to renew only part of an Order Form, bookinglab may re-issue an Order Form to reflect the changes to the Services.
Election Not to Renew. If the Executive elects to renew this Agreement for a Renewal Term, but Employer does not, and Employer's election not to renew is not for cause, the Executive will be entitled to receive, the Salary for the remainder, if any, of the calendar month in which such termination is effective and for eighteen (18) consecutive calendar months thereafter and the Benefits for eighteen (18) consecutive months after the date of termination.

Texaco may elect not to renew this Maintenance Agreement for any reason by giving Pathnet at least one-hundred and twenty (120) days prior written notice before the end of the Term of this Maintenance Agreement indicating that Texaco will not renew this Maintenance Agreement. In such event, Pathnet or its designees may elect to supplement or perform the Services, or such additional Services as may be necessary to maintain and operate the System as provided hereunder.
