Current Salary definition

Current Salary means that salary at the highest rate in effect during the six (6) month period prior to Employee’s termination.
Current Salary means the current compensation for the office retired from.
Current Salary means the base salary paid by the University to the Participant for a given year, excluding overtime, shift differentials and acting pay. Any salary adjustment that would have been made while the Participant is on leave will be applied upon the Participant returning to work.

More Definitions of Current Salary

Current Salary means the base salary paid by the Board to the Participant for a given year, excluding overtime. Any salary adjustment that would have been made while the Participant is on leave will be applied upon the Participant returning to work.
Current Salary means the latest appropriate salary specified in the First Schedule which is payable to a Judge;
Current Salary means the salary of an employee received for each full day of service, exclusive of supplemental pay for additional duties.
Current Salary shall be defined as the annual salary for certified full-time positions. "Current Salary" does not include extra duty pay, contract extensions, or other payments. This payment formula is suspended beginning with the 2017-18 school year. Salaries and years used for calculation shall be frozen at the level ending contract year 2016-17. See attached Appendix.
Current Salary means the amount determined in accordance with clause 2 of this Schedule 3; performance-based salary advancement means: advancement to higher increment/pay points; an adjustment to salary; a percentage-based increase in salary; a cash bonus; or a combination of the above mechanisms, where the advancement, increase or bonus is in recognition of an employee’s performance; previous instrument means: if, immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement, the employee was covered by a common law contract that set or supplemented the employee’s salary, that common law contract; if, immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement, the employee was covered by an Australian Workplace Agreement (AWA) and the employee entered into a conditional termination of that AWA in respect of this Agreement, that AWA; if, immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement, the employee was covered by a determination under section 24(1) of the Public Service Act 1999 that set or supplemented the employee’s salary, that determination; for all other employees, the collective agreement which applied to the employee immediately prior to the commencement of this Agreement; and salary means: an employee’s salary at their substantive (ongoing) classification; and where an employee is performing temporary higher duties at the time this Agreement commences or has performed temporary higher duties within the two-year period immediately preceding the commencement of this Agreement, the employee’s salary at the higher classification.
