Face to Face. For Face-to-Face counselling, we are proposing clients are charged £45 per session, where £5 will be given to an Inspirited Minds fund for those clients who are not able to pay.
Face to Face. “Door Knock” field contact services: Upon request, at a fee to be negotiated by the parties in good faith, and subject to the terms and conditions of a separate written agreement mutually acceptable to the parties. With respect to subparagraphs A and B, above, the Owner and Servicer agree and acknowledge that Servicer will not or be required to perform any Face to Face “Door Knock” field contact services or make any Servicing Advances that individually or in the aggregate would result in a cost or expense to the Owner of more than $10,000 per month, without the prior written consent and approval of the Lenders.
Face to Face. In-person synchronous instructional mode where faculty and students are scheduled to be in the same physical location. Modality or mode: The format or manner in which instruction is delivered. Online: This form of instruction does not involve face-to-face/in-class learning. It may include asynchronous learning, synchronous learning, or both. Synchronous online: This form of online instruction entails the use of live, two-way communication among and/or between students and faculty in a scheduled or “fixed” point(s) of time(s). This may include live video platform meetings (e.g., Zoom) for the whole class or smaller groups to meet. Unit Member- an employee of the Employer occupying a position as defined in Article I and as delineated in Article I- Appendix A. Vacancy- a position for which funding is available and which the administration intends to fill. Work Area- those specific work areas designated by the administration as work areas.
Face to Face. Subscriber and its Affiliates must purchase the pre-printed workshop materials packet (the current DYOC training folder which includes the QM HE Rubric Workbook for Higher Education) at QM’s then-current subscriber price for each participant in independent (Subscriber-run) DYOC workshops who sign QM’s Quality Matters Participant Confidentiality and Limited License Agreement. Subscriber agrees that it shall always use the most-current version of the QM Materials.
Face to Face. For both service and instructional faculty, the in-person, line of sight delivery of instruction or service in which both the provider and receiver are in the same location.
Face to Face. A Subscriber’s employee and/or (if authorized by Subscriber) its Affiliate’s employee who has successfully completed the QM IYOC Face-to-Face Facilitator Certification course shall be provided electronic copies of the copyrighted IYOC workshop PowerPoint presentation for Independent (Subscriber-run or Affiliate-run) IYOC workshops to be used to deliver the Independent (Subscriber-run) IYOC workshop to participants who agree to QM’s Participant Confidentiality and Limited License Agreement; and
Face to Face. Less than 24 business hours, charges are as follows: o $60.50 flat fee for non-legal appointments o $125.84 for certified legal appointments with 2 hour minimum o $101.64 for rostered legal appointments with 2 hour minimum • For 4 hour legal appointments, if less than 24 hours’ notice given: o $251.68 for certified legal appointments o $203.28 for rostered legal appointments • For full day legal appointments, 48 hours’ notice is required. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, cancellation fees are as follows: o $503.36 for certified legal appointments o $406.56 for rostered legal appointments.
