Flat Fee definition

Flat Fee. For each Fund that is a stand-alone fund or a master fund in a master/feeder structure, as identified as such on Schedule A, an annual fee of $10,000, paid monthly. Flat Fee means not based on business performance. A per unit royalty, or any equivalent payment structure, is not considered a flat fee.
