Failure to Pay. The Borrower fails to make a payment under this Agreement when due.

Failure to Pay. If any Secured Party fails to pay any amount when due by it to Agent pursuant to the terms hereof, such amount shall bear interest from the due date until paid at the rate determined by Agent as customary in the banking industry for interbank compensation. In no event shall Borrowers be entitled to receive credit for any interest paid by a Secured Party to Agent, nor shall any Defaulting Lender be entitled to interest on any amounts held by Agent pursuant to Section 4.2.

Failure to Pay. The Company fails to pay when due any installment of principal, interest or other fees hereon in accordance herewith, or the Company fails to pay any of the other Obligations (under and as defined in the Master Security Agreement) when due, and, in any such case, such failure shall continue for a period of three (3) days following the date upon which any such payment was due.

Failure to Pay. The Custodian may terminate this Agreement with respect to a Fund if the Custodian has notified such Fund that it has failed to pay the Custodian any undisputed amounts when due under this Agreement and it has failed to cure such default within 60 days of receipt of such notice (or, if the Fund has disputed any amounts in good faith, upon resolution of the dispute).
