Federal or State Law. KFHPWA may terminate this Group Agreement in the event there is a change in federal or state law that no longer permits the continued offering of the coverage described in this Group Agreement.

Federal or State Law. Group Health may terminate this Agreement in the event there is a change in federal or state law that no longer permits the continued offering of the coverage described in this Agreement.

  • Penalties for violation of law The Procurement Code, Sections 13-1-28 through 13-1-199, XXXX 0000, imposes civil and criminal penalties for its violation. In addition, the New Mexico criminal statutes impose felony penalties for illegal bribes, gratuities and kickbacks.
