Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.10 to 1.00 as of each fiscal quarter end.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Company shall not permit its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio as determined as of the last day of any fiscal quarter (commencing with the quarter ended June 30, 1996), to be less than (i) 1.40 to 1.00 through the quarter ending March 30, 1997 and (ii) 1.50 to 1.00 thereafter.
