Further Term. (a) The School Council may at its discretion extend this Licence for one or more Further Term(s) if:

Further Term. In the event that prior to the expiration of the current Term of Five (5) years the Licensor determines to grant a further licence. If the Licensee under this agreement has performed to the entire satisfaction of the Licensor during the current Term of this licence, the Licensor will give the Licensee the option to renew the licence for a further term of this licence on conditions satisfactory to both parties:

Further Term. If the Customer gives BIL a Notice of Renewal within the Option Exercise Period, the rights and obligations under this Agreement (except for the rights and obligations under this Clause 5) will be extended for the Further Term unless:
