GAS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. 1. Subject to the terms and provisions of this agreement and of Seller's Rate Schedule FT, Buyer agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to Seller gas for transportation and Seller agrees to receive, transport and redeliver natural gas to Buyer or for the account of Buyer, on a firm basis, up to a Transportation Contract Quantity ("TCQ") of 105,000 dt per day.

GAS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. 2.01 Subject to the terms and provisions of this Service Agreement, Transporter agrees to receive, transport and redeliver, on a firm basis, for Shipper's account up to the dekatherm equivalent of a Transportation Contract Quantity ("TCQ") of 40,000 Mcf per day of natural gas from the Point of Receipt specified in Article 3 hereof to the Point(s) of Delivery specified in Article 4 hereto.
GAS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. 1. Subject to the terms and provisions of this agreement and of Seller's Rate Schedule IT, Buyer agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to Seller gas for transportation and Seller agrees to receive, transport and redeliver natural gas to Buyer or for the account of Buyer on an interruptible basis. In no event shall Seller be obligated to receive at any point(s) of receipt a quantity of gas in excess of the daily quantity scheduled for delivery to Seller. GAS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. 2.1 Transportation service rendered hereunder shall be firm service as provided in Transporter's Rate Schedule FTS, and as described in Section 2 of Transporter's Rate Schedule FTS.
GAS TRANSPORTATION SERVICE. Company will provide to the Customer gas transportation services under all the terms and conditions of this Contract including the rates, terms and conditions set forth on Appendix the transportation service provisions on Appendix B and C, the nomination procedures on Appendix D and the delegation of responsibilities on Appendix E. Appendices A, B, C, D, and E are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Transportation Management Tenant shall fully comply with all present or future programs intended to manage parking, transportation or traffic in and around the Building, and in connection therewith, Tenant shall take responsible action for the transportation planning and management of all employees located at the Premises by working directly with Landlord, any governmental transportation management organization or any other transportation-related committees or entities.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • ELECTRICAL SERVICES A. Landlord shall provide electric power for a combined load of 3.0 xxxxx per square foot of useable area for lighting and for office machines through standard receptacles for the typical office space.

  • Electrical Service Electrical service for new construction or a renovated existing building shall be 480/277-volt, 3-phase, 4-wire or approved equal. Service shall be sized for HVAC and other mechanical system(s) loads, lighting, general building services, and dedicated computer based office equipment loads. 5 xxxxx per square foot shall be provided for lighting and general service receptacles. Size of neutral conductor of 3- phase circuits shall be twice that of phase conductor to accommodate potential harmonic currents associated with computer system electronic power supplies and fluorescent lighting fixtures electronic ballasts. An adequately sized 3 phase “wye” wound step down transformer shall be provided to supply 208/120-volt, 3 phase power, for lighting, general service receptacles and dedicated computer based office equipment. Dedicated, isolated ground circuits shall be supplied from separate isolated ground power distribution panel(s). Lighting circuits shall be supplied from separate lighting panel(s). Panels shall have 20% spare capacity and be complete with 10% spare breakers of each size, but no less than 1 spare. No more than 4 duplex receptacles shall be connected to any single 20-amp dedicated isolated ground circuit or general service circuit.

  • Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.

  • Fuel 28.1 The Vehicle must be returned with the amount of fuel equal to that at the time of the commencement of the rental. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged to You at a rate of $5.00 including GST per litre (which includes a service component).

  • Technical Services Party B will provide technical services and training to Party A, taking advantage of Party B’s advanced network, website and multimedia technologies to improve Party A’s system integration. Such technical services shall include:
