Guaranteed Hours of Work. Regular Employees who start work on any shift shall receive not less than seven and one- half (7 ½) hours pay at the applicable rate for such shift unless they voluntarily quit. Part- Time Employees who start work on any shift shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay at the applicable rate for such shift unless they voluntarily quit.

Guaranteed Hours of Work a. The Company agrees that all full-time employees shall be guaranteed at least seven (7) hours work per day when such employees are ordered to report for work, except as provided for below. This clause does not apply to the employee's short day.
