Image Release. 4.1 Iron Tiger, will, on occasion, take photos or videos of classes, training and individuals for the purpose of use in social media and marketing. You herewith give concent for the Gym to use any images or video that may be taken of yourself for these purposes.
Image Release. Participant further agrees that the Organizers shall have the right to record, broadcast and otherwise exploit in any and all media throughout the world Participant's activity/performance in the Event and to use Participant's name, likeness, voice and biographical information in connection therewith. If any provision of this Agreement shall for any reason be held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision hereof and this Agreement shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted.
Image Release. I hereby grant full permission to the Released Parties to use photographs, videotapes, motion pictures or any other record of my child’s participation in the Program, including, but not limited to, my child’s name, likeness and voice for any legitimate purpose.
Image Release. Participant consents to be recorded, photographed, and videotaped related to the Event, and hereby irrevocably and perpetually authorizes any of the Released Parties to copyright, publish, reproduce, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, televise, digitize, display, otherwise use, and permit others to use (i) the Participant’s name, image, likeness, and voice, and (ii) all photographs, recordings, videotapes, audiovisual materials, writings, statements, and quotations of or by the Participant obtained related to the recording of the Event (collectively, the “Materials”), in any manner, form, or format whatsoever now or hereinafter created, including on the Internet, and for any lawful purpose, including, the advertising or promotion of the Released Parties and/or the Event without further consent from or payment to the Participant. The Participant understands that the Released Parties are under no obligation to use the Materials. Participant agrees that all of the Materials, and all films, audiotapes, videotapes, reproductions, media, plates, negatives, photocopies, and electronic and digital copies of the Materials are the sole property of the Released Parties and Participant further agrees not to contest the rights or authority granted to the Released Parties hereunder. The Participant hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the recordings, and modes of the use thereof as described above. Participant acknowledges and agrees that: (i) Participant shall not be entitled to any compensation for its appearance at the Event or subsequent use of its appearance in the Materials, (ii) Participant has and will refrain from any offensive or distasteful remarks or conduct and will conduct itself in a courteous and professional manner at all times during its participation at the Event and appearance in the Materials, and (iii) this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.
Image Release. I hereby sell, assign and grant to Company all right, title and interest to and permission to copyright, use, publish and republish my name, voice, picture and likeness (collectively, “Likeness”) in any and all media or distribution now known or hereafter developed taken or recorded during my employment with Company including but not limited to electronic, digital or conventional, blurred, altered or distorted, in color or black and white, video or otherwise for art, trade, internal distribution or any other lawful purpose in any lawful manner anywhere in the world and/or on the worldwide web. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product using my Likeness. I hereby release and discharge Company from any and all actions, claims and demands of any nature which I may have at any time now or in the future arising out of or related to the rights granted above or my Likeness.
Image Release. 10.1. The Grantee grants to New Harvest the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission to use their image and likeness taken at New Harvest retreats, conferences, or other events in which the Grantee participates in their role as Grantee or submitted by the Grantee to New Harvest.

Image Release. I hereby grant permission for videos and photographs to be taken during class time, at the studio, events, and other performances. I understand that this media will be produced and used for advertising purposes and all social media. I authorize Steps N Motion Dance Studio Inc. to use my photograph or video on their website, printed material, and/or all social media without further consideration. I also acknowledge that Steps N Motion may not choose to use my photo/video at this time but may do so at its own discretion or at a later date. I also understand that there is no compensation for this media. If you do not agree to the image release, you must notate on your registration under the student additional information box.
Image Release. Parties agree that Sensational may use any images and stories from the event for any means of promotion, including advertising and display on websites or blogs, unless otherwise stated by the Bride and Groom. Bride and Groom waive any right to payment, royalties or any other consideration for the use of the images or stories. T-5. INJURY/LOSS BY GUESTS. Officiant and Sensational assume no responsibility for injury, damages or losses incurred by the Bride and Groom or event attendees. Officiant and Sensational also assume no responsibility for any food, beverage, floral arrangements, decorative items, either personal or professional, brought by anyone prior to, during, or after the Event. Bride and Groom agree to be responsible for all guests and attendees at the event and the acts of the guests and attendees. Bride and Groom agree to pay for any and all injury or damages arising out of the event, except to the extent of any negligence or misconduct by officiant or Sensational.
