Immediate Administrator. An immediate administrator is the administrator having immediate jurisdiction over the employee who is filing the grievance.
Immediate Administrator. The Fresno County Superintendent of Schools person with direct responsibility for supervising a given Unit Member.

Immediate Administrator. That member of the District’s management team that has immediate jurisdiction over a teacher.
Immediate Administrator. The term shall mean any person responsible for or exercising any degree of evalu- ation and/or regulation or authority over another employee.
Immediate Administrator. The immediate administrator is the lowest level administrator having immediate jurisdiction over the grievant.
Immediate Administrator. That employee possessing that degree of administrative authority next in rank above the grievant.
