Initial Deployment. Subject to the adjustments provided in Section 1.2, Qwest will purchase from Corvis and deploy Corvis Equipment, Software and Services in quantities and in configurations priced at U.S.$150,000,000 (the "Minimum Deployment Commitment"), U.S. $50,000,000 of which (the "Initial ----------------------------- ------- Deployment Commitment") must be purchased within twelve (12) months after the --------------------- Commencement Date (as defined below). in each case based on the prices and license fees set forth in the Price List. For purposes of the preceding sentence, Qwest will be deemed to have purchased a Product if Qwest has ordered the Product for delivery no later than ninety (90) days after the applicable Deployment Commitment period. Qwest will be offered most favored customer pricing in accordance with the terms and conditions of Attachment 3. The term "Commencement Date" means the date that the Products meet the Technical ----------------- Requirements described in Attachment 1.1, which shall occur no later than the dates set forth therein and grace periods, if any.

Upon successful completion of the Transport Field Trial, Customer will purchase from Corvis and deploy the Corvis Transport Equipment and Software in quantities and in configurations priced at U.S.$200,000,000.00 (the "Minimum Deployment Commitment"), U.S. $100,000,000.00 of which (the "First Year Deployment Commitment") must be ordered within 12 months after the successful completion of the Field Trial with delivery no later than 60 days after such 12 month period, in each case based on the prices and license fees set forth in Attachment 6. Customer will be offered most favored customer pricing in accordance with the terms and conditions of Attachment 6.
Initial Deployment. Upon successful completion of the Transport Field Trial, Customer will purchase from Corvis and deploy the Corvis Transport Equipment and Software in quantities and in configurations priced at U.S. $200,000,000.00 (the "Minimum Deployment Commitment"), U.S. $100,000,000.00 of which (the "First Year Deployment Commitment") must be ordered within 12 months after the successful completion of the Field Trial with delivery no later than 60 days after such 12 month period, in each case based on the prices and license fees set forth in Attachment 6. The Minimum Deployment Commitment and the First Year Deployment Commitment shall be adjusted for late delivery by Corvis as provided in Section 4.2. Customer will be offered most favored customer pricing in accordance with the terms and conditions of Attachment 6.

Initial Deployment. Following completion of the Proof of Concept, both parties shall mutually agree upon the Service Acceptance Checklist and a Service Level Agreement as set forth above in this Section 2. At such time, Cidera will install the Cidera Service at a minimum of thirty-eight (38) Locations. (see Attachment A - Service Coverage Areas). Cidera shall perform such installations, provided that there are no unreasonable constraints imposed on Cidera by building management or local zoning laws. AKAMAI agrees to provide Cidera with *** Confidential Treatment Requested the current contacts for the Locations to facilitate the installation of Cidera equipment. Cidera and AKAMAI will each provide engineering resources to facilitate any software interfaces between the two networks.
