Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 2014, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 2014, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2019, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. 8:00 A.M Eastern Time on September 1October l, 20141996, or as soon thereafter as at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated October 14, 1994, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September October 1, 20141996, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31September 30, 20191997, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September April 1, 20142012, or as soon thereafter as at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service With Firm Gas Standby between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated January 11, 1996, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September April 1, 20142012, and shall continue in full force and effect through August March 31, 20192013 , and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September January 1, 20142007, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated June 12, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September January 1, 20142007, and shall continue in full force and effect through August December 31, 20192007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 11,2012, 2014, or as soon thereafter as at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated November 17, 2004, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20142012, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20192013, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate te=inate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term te= or anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September August 1, 20142012, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 20142007, or as soon thereafter as Buyer at which time the Service Agreement between Central Products Company d/b/a Intertape Polymer Group and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated July 11, 2006, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20142007, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20192008, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September 1April I, 20142013, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September April 1, 20142013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2019March 31,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 20142006, or as soon thereafter as Buyer at which time the Service Agreement between Nucor Building Systems and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated June 24, 1996, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20142006, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20192007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 11,2013, 2014at which time the Service Agreement between MUFC Central Energy Plant, or as soon thereafter as Buyer LLC and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated July 21,2005, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 20142013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 20192014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September July 1, 20142012, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 0IO OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September July 1, 20142012, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31June 30, 20192017, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September February 1, 20142008, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Providence Hospital and Seller dated February 10, 1997, shall terminate. ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September February 1, 20142008, and shall continue in full force and effect through August January 31, 20192009, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September August 1, 20142013, or as soon thereafter as at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated October 3, 1997, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 6, TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September August 1, 20142013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August July 31, 20192014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 2014, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installedFebruary 1,2013. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September February 1, 20142013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August January 31, 20192014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September October 1, 20142006. , or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September October 1, 20142006, and shall continue in :full force and effect through August 31September 30, 20192007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas Natural Gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September February 1, 20142006, or as soon thereafter as Buyer at which time the Service Agreement between Pirelli Power Cables and Systems USA, LLC and Seller have their respective facilities installeddated November 15, 2004, shall terminate. SCEG06-010 ° TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September February 1, 20142006, and shall continue in full force and effect through August January 31, 20192007, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one-month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September March 1, 20142013, or as soon thereafter as Buyer Xxxxx and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1March I, 20142013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2019February 28,2018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the ofthe original term or anyone month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September March 1, 20142013, or as soon thereafter as Buyer Xxxxx and Seller have their respective facilities installed. Eastern Time on September March 1, 20142008, or as soon thereafter as Buyer Xxxxx and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September March 1, 20142008, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31February 28, 20192009, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone any one month extension thereof.

INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 2014, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installedNovember 1,2013. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September November 1, 20142013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August October 31, 20192018, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

Eastern Time on September 1April I, 20142013, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 2014July 1,2013, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31June 30, 20192014, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate telminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.

SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1dated April 3, 20142009, and as amended on October 14, 2015 and February 7, 2017, shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2019, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereofterminate.
