INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on July 1, 2012, at which time the SCEG06-010 30, 2009, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on September 1, 2014, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed. SCEG06-010 OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on September 1, 2014, and shall continue in full force and effect through August 31, 2019, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or anyone month extension thereof.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 8:00 A.M Eastern Time on October l, 1996, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 14, 1994, shall terminate. , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on October 1, 1996, and shall continue in full force and effect through September 30, 1997, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November 1, 2016, at which time the Service and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller dated January 29, 2009, shall tenninate,
INITIAL SERVICE. Seller agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 2004, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer and SCPC dated February 28, 1991, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Iron Mountain will provide the Software Service in combination with the Data Set Subscription described in the Schedule to Customer for the Term specified in such Schedule.
INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on June 1, 2007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Surface Specialties, Inc. and Seller dated January 19, 2005, shall terminate. , TERM OF AGREEMENT This Agreement shall become effective on June 1, 2007, and shall continue in full force and effect through May 31, 2008, and from month to month thereafter unless either party shall give written notice of intention to terminate at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the original term or any one month extension thereof. , RATE Buyer agrees to pay Seller each month for all gas delivered by Seller during the month at the Base Rate or the Competitive Fuel Rate, whichever shall be applicable. Gas volumes will be corrected for BTU content, pressure, temperature, supercompressibility, specific gravity, and other factors where applicable.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxx agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on April 1, 2007, at which time the SCEG06-010 Service Agreement between Xxxx-X-Xxxx, Inc. and Seller dated February 6, 1997, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 2014, at which time the Transportation Agreement between R. E. Xxxxxx Company, Inc. and Seller dated December 16,2013, shall terminate.
INITIAL SERVICE. Xxxxxx agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on March 1, 2008.
