Interconnected Transmission Owner. The Transmission Owner to whose transmission facilities or distribution facilities Customer Interconnection Facilities are, or as the case may be, a Customer Facility is, being directly connected. When used in an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, the term may refer to a Transmission Owner whose facilities must be upgraded pursuant to the Facilities Study, but whose facilities are not directly interconnected with those of the Interconnection Customer.

PJM Network Upgrade No.: N6675 Manitou-Pleasant Plains 34.5 kV Line – Replace existing structures with new wood pole switch structures and install new tap to the Point of Interconnection with the AE1-142 customer.
Interconnected Transmission Owner. Under the superseded U4-014/V3-040 ISA, the following Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities were installed: • Transmission Tap Poles in existing Hauto-Siegfried #1 and #4 69 kV lines • Relay equipment installation at Siegfried, Harwood, Hauto, and Ashfield substations. Under the U4-014/AC1-087 ISA, the following Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities will be installed : • Relay Modifications at the Hauto 69 kV substation (PJM Network Upgrade Number n5904)
Interconnected Transmission Owner. Interconnected Transmission Owner shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: • Cut and loop in transmission line to new 69 kV substation (PJM network upgrade N7000) • Upgrade relays at remote ends • Install ADSS fiber optic cable in conduit to provide communication channels to the Interconnection Customer’s 69 kV breaker at new switching station. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, install metering control cable and meter cabinets. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, complete secondary wiring connections at the metering enclosure. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, supply a wireless modem for remote meter interrogation. • Consistent with Schedule C of this ISA, provide, program, install, and own the primary and backup solid state multi-function meters for the new metering position.

Transmission Line Cut-in Tap (PJM Network Upgrade Number n6935) Perform the design, procurement, and construction to install new line facilities required to connect 345kV L.0626 and 345kV L.18905 into the TSS 000 Xxxxx Xxxx Substation. Scope includes all transmission line work up to the 345kV dead-ends that are provided by the IC at the TSS 189 White Rock Substation. STA 6 Xxxxx Substation (PJM Network Upgrade Number n6937) Perform the design, procurement, and construction to upgrade existing System 1 and System 2 line protection for 345kV L.0626. TSS 144 Xxxxx Substation (PJM Network Upgrade Number n6938) Perform the design, procurement, and construction to upgrade existing System 1 and System 2 line protection for 345kV L.18905. Rock River Fiber Ring Reconfiguration (PJM Network Upgrade Number n6936) Perform design, procurement, and construction to reconfigure the Rock River Fiber Ring at ring nodes in various substations to allot for the addition of the new node at TSS 189 White Rock Substation.
