Journey Accident Insurance. The Enterprise will insure all employees covered by this Agreement against the loss of ordinary wages arising from work absence up to a period of 12 months due to injuries or illness resulting from any accident incurred in journeys between the employee’s residence and the workplace, and return. • The Enterprise’s liability extends only to the reimbursement of the employee’s ordinary 38 hours rate and all such absences shall be supported by certification of a duly authorized medical practitioner.

Journey Accident Insurance. 25.3.1 The employer shall participate in a journey accident scheme and shall make relevant contributions on behalf of all employees to provide for the payment of journey accident benefits to employees.
