Kilometer Allowance. Effective April 1, 2021 an employee using a personal automobile for the Employer’s business shall be paid at the rate of forty-nine (.49) cents per kilometer. The Employer shall authorize the use of a private vehicle for the Employer’s business and the Employer shall provide adequate third party liability insurance and endorsement for the extent of the Employer’s business use.
