Lessee represents and warrants that Lessee has dealt with and only with the Broker(s) named in the Schedule in connection with this Lease and Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lessor and any broker employed by Lessor from any claims of other broker(s) in connection with this Lease.
