Letter of Acceptance. Within the validity period of the tender the SBI shall issue a letter of acceptance directly by registered post or otherwise depositing at the office of the Contractor/ Vendor as given in the tender to enter into a Contract for the execution of the work as per the terms of the tender. The letter of acceptance shall constitute a binding contract between the SBI and the Contractor/ Vendor.
