Management of Clinics. The Union acknowledges that the management of the Clinics is vested exclusively in the Employer, unless otherwise provided by this Collective Agreement. The Employer reserves all rights not specifically restricted by the provisions of this Collective Agreement, including the right to: maintain order, discipline, and efficiency; make or alter rules and regulations to be observed by employees, which are not in conflict with any provision of this Collective Agreement; direct the working forces, create new classifications or work units, determine the number of employees, if any, needed from time to time in any work units or classifications, and determine whether or not a position will be continued or declared redundant; hire, promote, transfer, lay-off, recall, and demote; and discipline, suspend, or discharge for cause.
Management of Clinics. Subject to Section 3.2, OurHealth will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the MyClinics and will provide daily oversight of the MyClinics’ activities. OurHealth may adopt reasonable policies, procedures and rules to promote the orderly and efficient administration of the MyClinics under this Agreement.

  • LABOUR MANAGEMENT RELATIONS 30.01 A Labour/Management Relations Committee shall be appointed, consisting of a maximum of two (2) Shop Stewards from the Union, and a maximum of two (2) representatives from the Co-operative. The full-time Union Representative may also attend these meetings from time to time. The Committee shall meet at the request of either party, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern. Time spent by bargaining unit employees in carrying out the functions of this Committee shall be considered as time worked and shall be paid for by the Co-operative.   • Labor/Management Relations Section 9.1 Representatives of the Union, not to exceed five (5) in number including at least one (1) representative of each shift, and representatives of the Employer, shall meet at least quarterly at mutually agreed upon times for up to two (2) hours to discuss matters of mutual concern relating to the interpretation, application, or administration of this Agreement and existing work rules which affect the members of the bargaining unit. Each party shall prepare and submit an agenda to the other party one (1) week prior to the scheduled meeting.

  • Medical Exams 18.1: The Sheriff's Department may require a physical and/or psychological exam by a doctor, at the Employer's expense, to determine the employee's ability to perform his/her regular duties, if deemed appropriate. The employee may obtain a second opinion, at the employee's expense, and in the event there is a dispute between the Employer's doctor and the employee's doctor, both of these doctors shall select a third doctor, whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. The expense for the third doctor's opinion shall be split 50-50 by the Employer and the employee if not covered by the employee's insurance.
