MEDIATION FEES, EXPENSES AND COSTS. 5.1. The Mediator’s fees and any other expenses associated with the mediation will be shared equally between the parties unless agreed otherwise. Payment of these fees and expenses will be made to SMG Mediation Ltd in accordance with SMG Mediation’s terms and conditions of business.
